ok i want to burn a cd using itunes, ive done it plenty of times b4 but now its decided not 2 work :( ive created a playlist with songs i want, set the 'prefrences' on all the right setting and when i click 'burn disc' in the top right hand corner in the middle box it says 'disc burner or software not found'.....what does this mean? i have put a blank cd in the laptop so whats the problem?? can anyone help?? much appreciated!!! thanx

I would appreciate any help about how to burn Itunes to CD,I have tried for months without any success.
If using a pc you could try burning a CD with Windows Media Player. It should be able to find your iTunes tracks. If you can manage this then at least you will know if it is your CD drive that is causing the problem.

If you can't find any tracks from the iTunes library then just use rip and burn in the media player menu with any of your CDs.
