MS word

I have some pre-printed forms which I have replicated in MS Word. Is it possible to enter data into this MS form I have created but just print out the data onto the pre printed forms?

Only thing I can think of is to change the forms you've replicated to white - so there's nothing to print. Problem is then you can't see what the form says on the screen so you'll wither need to refer to a hard copy of one, or highlight the area in Word to see what's there
