disappearing restore points

i have a problem in that for some reason the restore points remove themselves ,yesterday i had 3 to 4, now there is only today.
help me guys

I used to have this problem when I had Norton Anti Virus on my PC.
I posted the same question.
Removed Norton Products and put Free AVG anti virus on.

thanks but for some reason i cannot get norton off my computer,i have used the removal tool with no luck

Actually strange as it may seem there are detailed instructions on the Symantec (Norton) webpages.
Search on there.
