dell outlet

has anyone bought a pc from the dell outlet store online? are they ok - completely reconditioned and cleaned out etc? any probs i should be aware of or things to avoid before i go ahead and purchase?

I have looked there in the past but never bought anything.

I never thought the prices were that good so never followed it up (have not looked for over a year though)

Dell are having a bit of a finance problem at the moment so I think they do have some good deals on.

i bought a computer off dell and the printer as well but you can only buy your ink online off dell and you need a credit card, if you have one thats great but as i didn't it was a real inconvenience. I eventually bought a new printer. computers going great though would def reccomend it.

Yes I bought a Dell 9150 having already bought a Dell 9100 built to order.
I cant see any evidence of the Dell 9150 being secondhand. I was expecting some scratches or dents in the case.
It actually had a better graphics card than described so I expect this was why it was returned.
The same guarantee and after sales is given.
I would use them again.
