When my daughter signs in to her hotmail account she gets a page entitled, 'Free Newsletters & Offers'.
She can't check her e-mails or anything.
The rest of the family have hotmail accounts but none of us are having this problem.
I know she has proberly 'clicked' on something to get this, but how the hell do I get rid of it?

Thanks

I think she has ticked the boxes to receive some free newsletters and then some how not finished the process. Why not just make another hotmail account up, with the username as close as possible to her old one ?

If she sets up a new account is there anyway of reading the 3 e-mails she has recieved on her excisting account.

When you sign in to MSN it says she has 3 messages but when you click on the mail icon you still just get the newsletter page.
Yes the first time you sign into hotmail, you get the newsletters and offers page, just scroll to the bottom of the page and hit continue, it then takes you to your account. The next time you log in, it will bypass the newsletters page !
