i found someone give a link on here a while ago about a programme that can retrieve old files that have not yet been overwritten. i cant remember the name of it tho.

I remember when this was standard in DOS. Does the Windows DOS interface still support the UNDEL command? (That's assuming there still is a DOS interface in the latest versions, of course. Since they're built on NT, who knows?)
