going mental!

Help is so much needed! Grrrrrrrr
I have a scanner, mustek 600cu and i have tried to install it on xp but it wont let me, then i went to their site and followed all the instructions, but to no avail!
i need to scan some pictures for work and this is driving me mad!
Any help guys !or girls pls would be great

I have a Mustek 1200 scanner and I downloaded the drivers from here (not sure if this is the website that you have tried) http://www.mustek.com.tw/Download/driv_scanr/h tml/europe.html

I ran the installation program, restarted the computer then pugged the scanner in and it worked a treat.

If that doesn't work - have you tried the installation wizard in Control Panel > Scanners and Cameras > Add an imaging device.

yeah i had a musteck 1200 had to put in a bin tho coz theres no software for it theres drivers but apparently theres no software for xp i might be wrong but there you go been there bought the t shirt
