Outlook Express

When I try to get outlook express by using my keyboard I get the message 'windows cannot access specified device path or file. You may not have appropriate permission to access the item' It works o.k. from the start button. It has just started to do this and everything seems to be working ooohhh sooo slooowly too. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you.

You will need the correct driver for that keyboard Ding for the email shortcut to work.
What is the make and model and I'll have a look for you.
