How to recover deleted Mobile Phone numbers

Does anyone know how I can recover accidently deleted phone numbers. I have a motorola Razr V3 phone. It connect to computer via motorole mobile phone tools. Is there any prog that can help.

Once you have deleted numbers the have usually gone but do try the things below
Have you phoned these numbers recently check last dialed and received calls to see if they are there....
I there not what you could do is look at your bills to see these numbers if you phoned them....
You could also ring your telephone provider if you know the dates and times you rang these numbers of they rang you.
Also check your Pc as you connected the phone to your Pc the files could be in your files..

If you lose the phone numbers in your phone, don't be nervous, it is helpful by using this way. I just lose some files, and use MobiKin doctor for Android software to help me. And it is useful , so I recommend it to you, hope this helps.
