on some of the messages l recieve a box appears saying;;;;; THIS FILE DOES NOT HAVE A PROGRAM ASSOCIATED WITH IT TO PERFORM THIS ACTION. CREATE AN ASSOCIATION IN THE FOLDER OPTIONS CONTROL PANEL...how can l remedy this so l can view my e-mails

If someone sends you a Word document you need either MS Word as a stand alone program or MS Office.
If you don't have either you wont be able to open the file.
Right click on the message and choose Properties, this will tell you the file extension.
