Navigate to your picture file & double-click on it.
Click 'Upload Now'. (there will be a slight wait while the file is uploaded).
The required URL is the 'Direct link for layouts'. Click the blue button alongside it to copy it. Then paste it into the relevant place in your blog.

Very easy - just click 'browse' and then select the photo you want.
It will make an URL for you to use in myspace.

There is another option - I prefer it to tinypic which I use for 'quick' uploads.. photobucket.
It is free web based photo storage. You can keep hundreds of your pics in one place and access them from any pc in the world - as long as you know the password.
