I installed Office 2007 without first uninstalling Office 2003.
then,I uninstalled Office 2007 and now Outlook 2003 displays an error. When I click "send/receive", I get the following message in a popup window and the operation is not completed: " An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program."

It will reinstall the files over the existing files, but in doing so may tidy it all up.
btw You do not need to uninstall Office 2003 before uninstalling Office 2007, you can install 2007 straight over the top.
Not sure if you are aware but Office 2007 uses a different file fromat than Office 2003. Word files are not DOC any more and so on.
This can be a problem if you create a file in 2007 (Word, Excel etc) but then try to look at it in Office 2003.
