Hi Guys,which scanner would you recommend to scan 35mm negatives or photo's to my hard drive.I use picasa to tweek them,would I need another,better programme.I could pay appox �100 for this item.

Would you prefer a stand alone scanner, or an all in one that scans, copies and prints?
I think most people agree that Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 is the best inexpensive photo tweaking software.

You can get it for about �50.

Les1, I bought a CanoScan 4200F a couple of years ago, and I'm satisfied with it. I comes with software called ArcSoft PhotoStudio image editing program. It does a really good job for general home use as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks for the reply's, Ehtel it would be a stand alone model that I am looking for.
I've just brought an Epson V100, It was just over �60, I copied a lot of Photo negatives 35mm B/W and colour, also slides, and am very pleased with the result. And it could't be easier.
