Text in Blue ??

Why when i click into my computer there is some text in blue and some text in black, for example Local disk C:) is in blue text and so is ahared documents the rest are in black as it should be,

If you open Windows Explorer, click Tools/Folder Options, and go to the view tab, and scroll down, you will find an option: "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color".

So some of your files are compressed or encrypted.
