msn problem

can anyone help? everytime my daughter opens her msn an icon with 'tet ' appears on the desktop. have tried to get rid of it with norton and skybot but it keeps coming back again. thanks in advance.

If you right-click the icon and select Properties it should tell you what program it will try to run when clicked. That may give you some clues as to what it is.
