talk 21 access

My sister has gone on holiday and is expecting an important email. She has asked me to access her emails via talk21 but each time I try to access the site my browser just returns to my Yahoo homepage or tells me I've typed the wrong address, webpage isn't available etc. Any help please? I don't want to let her down and it's so frustrating!!! Elly

What happens when you enter her email address in the yahoo email log in page?

Make sure you are not currently signed-in to Yahoo!, then log in to Talk21 using this page...
