After getting rid of Mcaffe (what a waste that is) i`m now running Zone Alarm but the problem is wwhenever I try and open up O/E it goes through the motions so to speak and then comes up with the box POP3 server connection failed wait 60 secs 'etc'. Now i`m also running AVG and this is trying to scan emails but just seems not to be having any joy opening them up.
Are Zone alarm and AVG conflicting against each other? if so should I just get rid of AVG

I ran ZoneAlarm and AVG together for several years without a problem, so it's not a conflict that is causing this.

As I don't use OE, so can't help you with that.

Looks like there is a server problem with your email provider (or the server details in OE have been corrupted)

Nothing to do with AVG or ZA
