on my laptop for some reason the number keys which are on the qwerty keyboard i.e. u/4, i/5, o/6 etc have got stuck on and i cannot c how to get them turned off back to the alphabetic keyboard, anyone help me pls, I cannot find a number lock. Thank you

You have the number lock on.

On my laptop I have to hold down Fn and F11 to switch it on and off.
