I Have a slight bruse near the center of my monitor (Dell Ultrasharp 1702fp) lcd, I was wandering if there is any way to fix it?

It depends how bad the problem is .... lcd screens are very fragile ... you could well end up making things worse.
if it's not bad - don't
things you could try
flexing the screen (gently) with your thumb over the affected area
if it's more specific
using the back end of a biro - put a towel over the affected area and apply gentle pressure to the area
either way it's a fair bet you'll break the screen if you are too ham fisted
