We have to share Calendars at work but only 10 names appear on the dropdown list at one time. Is there anyway of increasing this?

Unfortunately, no. I think Outlook 2003 does not support more than 10 colours when colour-coding different users, and I guess that as it probably insists on each user having a distinct colour then that means 10 users are your limit! Beggers belief really.

Thanks, it's a nuisance when there are 15 of us.
