Anyone know what these folders are in Windows\Temp?

The names are always just 10 digits, e.g. "1189936857" and have always been empty when I check (with all the options to view hidden folders/files & system files ON).

From the time-stamps it looks like one is created every time I boot up - Any ideas, please???

(They SEEM to delete without any side effects OK, so far!)
