viewing other computer monitors
Is there any software I can get which will allow me to view other peoples monitors which are on the same network?
If so, does anyone know what is called, where I can get it and if its expensive?

Windows XP (and I guess Vista) has something called Remote Desktop built in that allows you to look at other Windows desktops.
Go into Windows Help and type Remote Desktop.
Note that when looking at another persons desktop using this the other persons desktop "locks up" and they cannot see their desktop or do anything with it.
But you have complete control.

Also, the November issue of PC Pro magazine (yes it is out already) has a lab test of loads of Remote Access Software.
You can see part of the review online here (there is more in the magazine)

I use logmein hamatchi. Its free, but both computers have to have an internet connection as it uses the internet to display what's on the other computer's monitor. You can even control a Mac via a PC and vice versa. There are different versions but I think this is the one you need: https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/vpn.asp (this one is direct peer-to-peer on the same network) it's definately worth a try... =)
thanks all.........
Mine is the only one connected to the internet...The reason we need this is because one of the employees is playing about on the computer all day but we cant seem to catch her at it as everytime you go near her she shuts everything down!!!
Another guy had suggested roxy xp...Anyone heard of it?

Why not install a key logger program on her PC ?
This records all the keystrokes a person types (and more).

We use one called RealVNC. It's mainly used for supporting remote desktops but there's nothing to stop you from spying on other machines in your network.
