Can ISP increase width in my area?

I've googled 4 psychic web sites, but none of them was able to guess your ISP or your area.
What do you mean? Different ISP providers provide different bandwidths but you max is determined by your local exchange and line.

Should have explained. Have no trouble with connections until about 7pm, when i get flashed on screen----- Insufficient Bandwith. turn off all usb devices whilst modem adjusts Width. Sometimes it happens but mostly not. Cant get on line then till about 8am next day, & so it goes on! Do not have wireless router, & its only started to happen in last 2 weeks
Buy a router that uses a network connection - it doesn't have to be wireless - USB is no good for internet or networking
