Anybody know what else could be causing pages to not load if it's not the java or security settings? It's wireless Vista, and an online bingo site that isn't loading. All tht comes up is a white screen instead of game rooms.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.The fact that your friend has got Flash doesn't necessarily mean that it's working. Flash has a nasty habit of 'disappearing' from PCs.
Ask your friend to try viewing a video on Youtube. If she can see the picture,Flash is probably OK. If not, she needs to uninstall 'Adobe Flash Plug-In' from Add/Remove programs and then download it again, from here:
