Hello,
I recently bought a DVD r/w form e-bay. When I plug it into my laptop the device manager doesn't recognise the drive. I tried to d/w the drivers from the PikaOne site but the y don't seem to support windows XP. Is there another way or is it no use?

Hi Neal,
Thanks yes it does have a power supply and it does recognise a drive in the bottom right of the screen, however it doesn't seem to want to mount and the device manager shows the USB port as unknown.
