does any1 now how to change my keyboard setting or sumthin every time i press @ it comes up wid '' everytime i press the pound sign hash comes up??? plz plz plz its been like this for ages but i jus dealt with it

You may have the keyboard set as an American keyboard, have a look here http://forums.computeractive.co.uk/thread.jspa ?threadID=115287&tstart=-1 to see how to correct it.

Try pressing the left hand Alt and Shift keys together.

That should put it right.
