I know I should know but my toolbar has gone over to the right hand side of the screen.How do I get it to the bottom again please ?

Click on it and drag it.

Click on it and drag it down,

If that doesn't work, right click and if it says 'unlock the taskbar' click on it - that will let you drag it.
