ACtheTROLL tried to help with my hubby's lost Thunderbird a few days ago and with extra help from the Mozilla forum I have eventually set up a new profile so that he can use although we have not managed to restore missing info as yet I think I need to manage the profiles and create a new default. I have backed up as advised and have printed off directions however I have 2 problems at the moment one is the message c is not a registered protocol when I try to access I googled this and others seem to have had a similar problem but did not find a solution also I downloaded 2 recommended extensions to help but (and It seems stupid) but I am having difficulty getting them from the desktop into thunderbird
If anyone can help - would much appreciate thanks
