Are you using Internet Explorer?

If so, go to file --> import and export and follow the wizard.
Just copy the folder. It will include all of the contents.
I'd recommend you use the free application, SyncBack freeware.

It does just what you want, but in an automated and easy fashion, so it'll only copy what's needed (not the entire folder every time).

If you are using Firefox, you need to select: Bookmarks>Organise bookmarks>File>Export and then choose a suitable location to save them i.e. your memory stick
