Windows Vista: mail

I have lost my contacts folder in mail. I don't see it in the layout section of the View Menu. Can I get it back?

If you are referring to the list of contacts as in XP's Outlook Express, then I am pretty sure that the Vista version -Windows Mail does not have that facility any more. It has been done away with.
To get your contacts up Open anew message and then you have to click on the 'card' icon on the To: line.
