Downloaded document

I have just downloaded a document in PDF which I need to print out.I keep getting a notice saying "unable to print - is printer available?" I have just done a nozzle test on my printer so that seems ok - what can the problme be please ?

Hi 'hardy49' .....have you tried printing any other document, something that you have on your PC ? ....if you can print other documents then the problem is the pdf file ...if you cannot print another dcument then it is related to your printer.

Yes I have just printed out a form from my computer and it is ok.So it must be them !

Hii me again. so it looks like the pdf file !! the only other test is to down load another file and see if that works .... if it doesn't it could your software handling pdf .....if it does then clearly it is that specific file .... so then try to download it again.

It is possible to create unprintable PDFs

try this little prog - which is a replacement for adobe (smaller, faster ...)

unless the document uses encoding plug-ins (electronic manuals and course books often do)
foxit gives you another chance
