Is the process much easier now? You often heard that users were having difficulty with the setting up but no longer hear about this. Also Tiscali says you get free setup so how do they do this?

yes it's normally quite a smooth process ... first a letter .... then a package appears ... you plug it in .... enter your id and password ....it works

don't use the cd ... you'll just end up with a PC full of second rate software.
