please can anyone help for no reason at all i can no longer send email i'm recieving them but when i press send and recieve it does nothing ive phoned virgin and after 40 mins of repeting my self i'd had enough all they were saying was delete account and set up again done that still the same i've been at it all day now and i'm not that good with computers please help sorry about spelling very tired and crosseyed now

have you tried this Start,Control panel, Internet options and look at all the drop down menus.The answer will be there somewhere
