Saving Posts In Works Document

How can I write a post on here, and then save it in a XP Works Document on my own files?

Type it in Works, then highlight all the text and CTRL-C to copy it. Save the document. NOW choose to post a question or reply on here, and CTRL-V to paste it.

Or the other way round.

Type the test inside AB, but BEFORE you press Submit select all the text, then choose Edit and Copy.

Now the text is in the clipboard.

Press Submit to add the text to AB.

Now open Works select Edit then Paste to paste the text into the Works document.

or you could copy it after you submit it

type it and submit to AB then select the text and Ctr+c (copy)
open works .... Ctrl+v (paste) into your doc.

or you could ...... no the others have covered those options.
