Importing favourites

Having given up on Internet Explorer I have installed Firefox, but although it says it will import my favourites, it doesn't appear to have done so, as when I press Bookmarks nothing happens. Do I have to do something?

Hi 'lankeela' ....normally favourites should appear under bookmarks without any special action ....mine did!!. But maybe somebody will post a way around this.

Played around with it for a few hours and finally managed to get it to import them (still don't know how!).

Open Firefox
Click on File
Click on Import
Follow Import Wizard making sure that you tick Favourites

Think thats what I must have done, its still working!
