AOL problems

I have been advised to reinstall my AOL software. as the
computer came with the software already installed I have
no disc to reinstall. If I obtain another disc (AOL9) will
the installation give me all my original E-mails etc back
no hastle.

Hi, what you need to do is back up you PFC (personal filing cabnet) BEFORE you install the new version. The other thing is Who advised you and why did they to uninstall/re-install the software. You can just update your current software from AOL. Whatever you do I strongly suggest you back up EVERYTHING important as you might loose it. (I talk from a bad experience) If your not sure how to back up your PFC get back to me and I will email you the instructions.
