scaner problem

I have recently upgraded to vista home premium from home basic now my scanner (canon lide 30 )won't work, all of the software has been installed but still doesn't work ,any help would be appreciated

You need to install the latest driver (ScanGear CS 7.0.3.1a) and also the version of CanoScan Toolbox which is specifically designed to work with Vista (4.136)

Go here:

Set the OS to 'Vista' and the language to 'English'. Click 'Submit'.

You should then see two links, taking you to the two downloads you require.
