office picture manager
4 Answers
Hi, I have Microsoft 2007 Office with picture manager. When I attach a single photo to an email the next and previous arrows at the bottom gives the option to view any pictures I've recently viewed or any (seemingly random) internet headers or newspictures that I didn't enclose. Any ideas please.

It will be extracted to a temporary files location. When you click the next and previous buttons, you will see any other images that have also been extracted to the same location. Not sure why (if there is only one picture of interest) you would click the next and previous buttons, but there y'go...
Yes, it allows you to view them, but they are not attached. The viewer is designed to shows all the contents of the currently selected folder - it has no idea that you just want to view an attachment. The attachment is extracted to your temporary folder and the viewer is invoked to display the picture. The viewer is a general purpose utility and allows you to view other images. Just as (for example) clicking a URL will open your Internet Browser to view a web site, but once opened, there is nothing to stop you viewing other web sites.
