QcConsol.exe - unable to locate component

This application has failed to start because LTKRN13N.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
Can anyone help me as to which program this is? I have no idea ? And what i do? I use vista.

it's the McAfee QuickClean Console Application, so probably part of you anti virus software. if it's was XP I'd say download the DLL file and stick it in the /windows/system32 directory and it'll probably get rid of the error,

Will probably solve it on vista too... but... well Vista can be a strange beast somtimes.

opps meant to say, uninstalling and then reinstalling your anti virus software would probably be a safer way to solve the problem.

I got the antivirus with the laptop and its vista.. So is there any codes i need to enter wen i reinstall.
