You can save your files to cd disk or dvd disk, if your laptop has a cd or dvd writer. A dvd can hold much more than a cd. If your laptop does not have a writer, you can buy one that plugs in, like this one:
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/store/pcw_pag e.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@0372069275.1213727327@@ @@&BV_EngineID=cccgadeegfjmdllcflgceggdhhmdgmk .0&page=Product&fm=null&sm=null&tm=null&sku=01 7385&category_oid=
You can also buy an external hard drive to save your files on:
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/store/pcw_pag e.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@0372069275.1213727327@@ @@&BV_EngineID=cccgadeegfjmdllcflgceggdhhmdgmk .0&page=Product&fm=null&sm=null&tm=null&sku=98 8894&category_oid=
There are also little flash drives (sticks) which are ideal for transporting your files from one pc to another:
http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/store/pcw_pag e.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@0372069275.1213727327@@ @@&BV_EngineID=cccgadeegfjmdllcflgceggdhhmdgmk .0&page=Product&fm=13&sm=2&tm=undefined&sku=80 8396&category_oid=
I am not recommending these particular ones, or that shop - it is for illustration only.

Hi
Great,
I expect you have looked on EBAY, PC World, Argos ,Curry`s etc. websites and they are all almost double what I get them for.
I buy in bulk normally about 1000 and get them for a low price, distribute them amongst my network of almost 900 and sell or give away to relatives the remainder at cost price.
Also as you are new to computing you will have my e-mail address so I can help you with any problems with transferring files or photo`s to your flash drive for safe-keeping or as a means to carry them to another computer for a friend to see.
