i'm in dire need of help......when i switch on my computer my keyboard locks when u try to type n when u press the letter L the computer goes to the screen where u log in as a user and u have to switch user to make the keyboard work can someone please help me?

One of your Windows keys (between Ctrl and Alt on the left, and between Alt and Menu on the right) is probably stuck down. Give them a few bashes and see if that solves the problem.
