outlook express

Hi: Everytime I try to send an email with my outlook express I get the following message: Then connection to ;the server has failed, acct ntlworld,com server ntlworld, con protocol smtp, port 25 secure (ssl) no socket error 10060 error number ox800cccoe. Anyone know what the heck this means??? I'll be grateful for any help. Thanks
