Printer output problem

When using my Lexmark X1130 the colour is generally 'wrong'. Lately I have been using refilled cartridges (colour and black) bought on ebay or locally and up until now have had no problems. I have printed a test page and find that there is no blue colour at all printed. Does anyone know whether this is a fault with the cartridge or the printer? I don't want to have to spend money on a new printer unnecessarily. Thanks.

Almost certainly a cartridge problem, either the cyan is blocked or was incorrectly filled.

Thanks for your help; that saves me having to spend money on a new printer - I will take the cartridge back to where I purchased it and hope they will refund. Thanks again.
