I thought there was a problem with Internet Explorer - if you download the latest version of ZA, it will sort it out.
Yes, LeMarchand is right, the problem`s not with BT, I`m with cable Virgin, but it was sorted when I downloaded latest version
The problem was not with IE but Zone Alarm. They fixed it in the latest version.
I'm having problems with Freebie Zone Alarm too, When the update was made my provider suggested I take off ZA which I did, as soon as they got me up and running I went back into ZA to try & re-install, it wouldn't let me so I took a 'Trial' This has now run out, I've uninstalled it but when trying to load ZA Firewall for free it says:
Install Conflict Alert: "Computer Associates Anti-Virus was detected on this computer and may cause a conflict with ZA. Please uninstall before installing ZA"

Well I'm lost.... what is 'computer assoc anti virus' ? I don't know what to delete before trying again, I've got AVG Free, Spybot S & D and Ad Aware
Not sure which one. if any, this message refers to, Help ! any ideas ?

Dummkopf,
To be honest I've done everything suggested and still can't install it. It seems from other forums that ZA has gone downhill somewhat so why not try Sunbelt. You'll get a 30 trial which reverts to the free version after the 30 day period. I'm having no trouble with it at the mo.
Thanks Mr Chipps I'll have a look at that..
