I assume you mean what make rather than what type. The best advice is to buy "named" ones (i.e. ones from a reputable manufacturer) rather than the cheap type. There is a reason they are cheap and you stand a chance of losing data over time. The same is true of CDs and DVDs. The cheap ones are only suitable if you don't mind risking losing your data.
