e-mail HELP

after deleting 4 e-mails a number of times they still keep being sant to my mail(outlook and outlook express) how can i stop this.

Do you mean that you delete ones you have recieved but you later get other copies arriving (i.e spam)?

Or that you simply cannot delete the original versions?

Many thanks for the reply. The mail kept coming back as ordinary mail after being deleted. It was sorted by my phone co(talktalk).Thanks again
