I recently plugged a friends IPOD into my itunes and put loads of my songs on their IPOD. Only problem now is I cannot get my ITunes to work with my IPOD, the songs won't transfer!

I think i may have to sync my IPOD but i've tried the opion on ITUNES for sync but it won't work, is there any other way to do this without losing all my songs on ITUNES.

Thanks

I believe this is done so you don't share music. You could try reinstalling itunes so it sees and connects with your ipod. You won't lose the music as this is stored on the hard drive, not in the itunes software. If you right hand click on a song in your itunes and select "get info" you'll get the location of the song file. You could back this music folder up as a failsafe first if you're worried about losing it.
