From time to time someone sends me an Excel file with certain aspects highlighted in colour for easy viewing but when I print them, it comes out in black & white. Is there any way you can print them in colour please?

Is your version of Excel set up to print in colour?

Which version do you use?

There should be an option in "Page setup..." (or suchlike) which enables/disables printing in b&w.

Click on

File ; Page Set Up ; Sheet

Make sure the box marked 'Black & White' is not ticked.
