laptop for kids

Hi can anyone tell me what would be a suitable second hand laptop for my kids to use,before mine gets to scruffy. It only needs to be wi fi to surf the net do basic stuff ,so no big memory but reasonably quick?

If you need Windows though, it is difficult to recommend a particular one, especially as you are looking at the second hand market.

Anything at all will do.

Go onto ebay, search found for cheap laptops that they say work, with wifi.

Anything should do the job. Go as cheap as you can (I'd even say get a regular PC and not a laptop, it's cheaper), and expect it to get water splashed on it etc.

Thanks for those replys. I thought I may as well by a laptop then they can watch dvd's in the car on long journeys also.cheers
