Smitfraud - C

I have Spybot search and destroy, and it keeps coming up with Smitfraud-c malware, i cant fix the problem, so it's there every time, is there anyway i can get rid of this, i am on vista.. Can any1 help?

Smitfraudfix usually works for it. Dont worry, its perfectly fine - ive used it a lot, so has a lot of others.
